Hi Ruth,
The author of this blog is my husbands cousin. Gluten allergies run in his family and a lot of them have it pretty bad. His mom was just dianosed with it a year or so ago. I didn't realize we had it on our side to.
My poor kids. I better start studing about it, it seems like we may need the info sooner than later.
